Mark Zabroske Joins Intradiem as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales
Industry veteran joins company to drive business growth and partner relations
ATLANTA, GA (November 13, 2013) – Intradiem, the leading provider of intraday workforce management solutions, welcomes Mark Zabroske as the Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales. In this role, Zabroske will oversee Intradiem’s Sales and Business Development teams to ensure they are equipped to garner new business opportunities and grow key industry partnerships.“
As the newest member of Intradiem’s leadership team, Mark’s background and expertise will be essential for meeting our aggressive growth plans for 2014. Most critically, he will ensure we achieve our corporate mission of helping companies achieve their goals of improving customer experience and driving operational efficiencies,” said Matt McConnell, Intradiem CEO. “In addition, Mark will be responsible for expanding our global outreach by developing strategic partnerships with companies that have compatible offerings.”
Zabroske brings more than 20 years of sales and management experience in SaaS technology, telecommunications and contact center industries to Intradiem. Prior to joining the company, Zabroske was SVP of Americas for Aspect, a leading provider of fully-integrated customer interaction management, workforce optimization and back-office solutions. Zabroske has also held several executive sales leadership roles with Concerto Software, Davox and BellSouth during his career.“
