Intradiem webinar offers Convergys case study and analyst insights

Convergys shares how their organization maximizes the efficiency of their operations

Atlanta, GA (January 30, 2013) – Intradiem, the leading provider of intraday management solutions, will host a free webinar on Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2013 at 2 p.m. EST. The webinar, “The Ultimate Call Center Survival Guide,” provides industry analyst and customer perspectives to explore how Convergys and other companies use intraday management technology for dynamically reacting to unpredictable events and conditions. 

Guest speaker, Art Schoeller, principal analyst from Forrester Research, Inc. will kick off the live, interactive event by providing a framework for understanding the intraday challenges many organizations face resulting from unforeseen events when a day goes “off-plan.”

Michael Bathon, VP of GTS Solutions Management at Convergys will discuss how his organization utilizes intraday management technology to drive profits and make every second count in his case study presentation. He will also offer insights for how the company leveraged intraday management to improve performance.
