Intradiem to participate in Serve@Work Program to support FCS Ministries

Employees join other Atlanta area technology business professionals to serve the community

Atlanta, GA (May 2, 2013) – Intradiem, the leading provider of intraday management solutions, announces its participation with High Tech Ministries’ 2013 Spring Serve@Work program from May 7-9, 2013.

Intradiem will be participating in its fifth Serve@Work project, which includes renovating a neighborhood thrift store and surrounding grounds in Atlanta. These projects are completed by several volunteers from Atlanta area technology business professionals, working in teams to complete a variety of remodeling, landscaping, construction and clean-up activities in support of FCS Urban Ministries.

Located in South Atlanta, FCS Urban Ministries concentrates on revamping distressed neighborhoods to make them healthy and sustainable places in the city through Christian community development.

"High Tech Ministries hosts several programs that bring technology professionals together to experience and exhibit the love of Christ in a meaningful way. Serve@Work is one such program through which we serve metro area neighbors who are in need – in this case, in partnership with FCS Urban Ministries in South Atlanta," said Todd Sorenson, president of High Tech Ministries. "Intradiem has been and continues to be an integral part of making our Serve@Work projects successful because their leadership team and employees are so dedicated to serving in the community. More than 150 technology professionals from Intradiem and other area companies participate in the 3-day neighborhood revitalization projects.”

“I believe our company’s purpose is not only to help other companies have an impact in their business operations but also within the community, and I encourage our business partners and customers to give back to their communities,” said Matt McConnell, CEO of Intradiem. “Working alongside other professionals to restore our neighborhood communities is the dedication that helps shape our company’s culture and build solid relationships within our workplace as well as with other local business professionals.”
