At the NICE Interactions 2013 in Orlando, FL, John Wolf, chief marketing officer of Intradiem, will give a presentation titled, “3 Contact Center Myths Under Assault.” This discussion will help organizations avoid the common mistakes smart contact centers leaders unknowingly make that prevent their contact centers from performing at their full potential. The presentation will take place April 24 at 11 a.m.
Wolf is also presenting, “Transforming Agent Efficiency and Customer Satisfaction” at the ICMI ACCE Conference & Expo in Seattle, May 14 at 11 a.m. This session discusses how technology has changed customer interactions and addresses the issues many organizations face in improving the customer experience. The discussion will focus on a practical approach to preparing agents to interact with customers and have a positive impact on the customer experience.
