Intradiem opens London office to support European companies and partners

Intraday management technology to support global organizations

ATLANTA, GA (August 20, 2013) – Intradiem, the leading provider of intraday management solutions, announces the opening of a London office to support its European customers and partners.

The new office will help the Atlanta-based company improve and support the global reach of intraday management programs. Intraday management technology helps businesses provide a better customer experience with lower labor costs by allowing them to respond appropriately in real-time to call volume, increase the performance of their agents, and maintain multi-skilled, multi-channel queues without increased overhead.

The London office will be led by David Marshall who will serve as Intradiem’s Country Manager – UK and Ireland.
