Company rebrands with extended product offering and productivity strategies for new markets
Atlanta, GA (January 24, 2013) – Knowlagent, the leading provider of intraday management solutions, is excited to announce its new corporate name, Intradiem™.
The company was compelled to change its name as its product expanded far beyond the company’s original offering, an e-learning tool for training during idle time.
As the company has grown, Intradiem has developed a substantial technology foundation, strengthened its capabilities for providing real-time business reflexes and expanded services to satisfy a diverse portfolio of clients. The new name, Intradiem, more accurately reflects the company’s technology and value proposition as customers utilize Intradiem in all facets of intraday management, including intraday task management, staffing, queue management, and alerts.

The company website, www.intradiem.com, provides additional information about intraday management solutions. Over the next several weeks, all future business activity will be transferred to the new name. There has been no change in the company’s management or ownership.
